Hazy Liquid Sunshine

WDB Says

Sparkly and smooth, this beer has great flavor without being overpowering. A hop-fruit punch at the beginning with a slight hop-bitter linger at the end, just dank enough to remind you that it’s a beer.

Style

Bell’s Dress

WDB Says

The ultimate coffee lager and *true* favorite of Cathy’s, this beer is all coffee - if it weren’t a pale golden color you could put it in your coffee mug and call it a day! Crisp, bubbly, and roasted coffee notes through and through.

Modist: False Pattern

Listen to Ep 39: Modist Brewing (03.26.2019)

Style

American Pale Ale*

ABV

5.5%

WDB SRM

Hazy Liquid Sunshine

WDB Says

Hopped with Mosaic, False Pattern is smoothed out with a slightly bitter finish. Compared to the Dream Yard this is a less impactful beer but still flavorful. If you can find this on tap the False Pattern will treat you well throughout the evening because of that balance of smooth mouthfeel and bright flavors.

What’s Keeping Us Crafty

Supported by Hum’s Liquor!

Pictured: Omni Brewing’s It’s Like that

Style: Double New England IPA ABV: 8%

WDB SRM: Hazy Liquid Sunshine

WDB Says: Picked up on the recommendation of Rey from Hum’s Liquor this was a bright, tropical, and smooth! Made with all Mosaic hops it was a different animal from the False Pattern, possibly because it was a double and a much higher ABV. With double NEIPAs or any double IPAs they have to balance out the hops more with the malts making a double often smoother than a regular IPA.

Not Pictured: Urban Growler’s Vanilla Latte

Style: Blonde Ale ABV: 5.6%
